Meeting • October 8, 2009: Annual meeting for Bilingual/ESL Program Administrators and Title III Coordinators. The annual meeting will begin with registration/breakfast from 7:45 – 8:30 am. General sessions and breakouts will begin at 8:30 am and end at 3:30 pm. Breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided. Audience: Program administrators for state-aided bilingual-bicultural programs and Title III coordinators. Invited speaker: Karen Beeman, Illinois Research Center, whose specialties include instructional strategies, parent involvement, dual language, and Spanish literacy.
